CALENDAR

All inquiries are subject to availability. A minimum of 14 days notice is required for custom orders. However, it is recommended that you book your date as soon as possible to ensure your date is available. Rush Orders (Less than 14 Days) may be accommodated with an additional charge. 

Once you receive an invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay your invoice in full. Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be placed on the calendar. Until payment is received, it is simply considered an inquiry. Bookings are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If a payment is not made within the 48 hours after receiving the invoice that event date will be available for someone else to reserve and the invoice will be automatically canceled. 

PICK UP METRO WEST AREA, ORLANDO, FL 

Pick-Up Times 

• Friday Pick Up - 6pm - 7pm
• Saturday Pick Up - 9 am – Noon
• Sunday Pick Up (scheduled as needed)

You will have the opportunity to schedule pickup once your order is confirmed a week prior to your event. Pick up address will be provided once your invoice has been paid in full.

Order confirmation is done 7 days prior to pick up via email and text message. An appointment reminder will also be sent automatically via text 2 hours prior to order pickup. 

DELIVERY 

Delivery is available on occasion within a 10 Mile Radius of 32835. Please communicate 14 days prior to your order if delivery is needed. Delivery fee must be paid 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

DELIVERY FEE IS $25

Outside the 10 mile radius $25 and $1.00 each additional mile.
