 Please complete the RESERVE AND ORDER form on the website. I will contact you to confirm details of your order and send an invoice. 

Currently we book about 2-3 weeks in advance.

Orders that are placed less than two weeks before the requested date will be charged a 20% rush fee.

Invoices are sent 48 hours after receiving your order request, orders must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Weddings and special events require a 50% non-refundable deposit and orders must be paid in full 30 days before the event. Personalized cookies require full payment within 48 hours and are non-refundable. ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

We currently offer the original vanilla almond, cinnamon sugar, chocolate chip and chocolate sugar cookies. Seasonal flavors offered throughout the year. 

All cookies are individually heat sealed in bags. This keeps the cookies fresh for about 2-3 weeks.

Cookies can be frozen in their bags and thawed at a later time if needed. (We recommend freezing leftover cookies no later than one week after pick up to maintain the best quality.) If you plan to freeze your cookies, place the sealed cookie bags into a freezer storage bag or airtight container, then put in your freezer. When thawing, it is important to leave the sealed cookie bags in the freezer storage bag/container until fully thawed to avoid any color bleeding. Do not open the freezer storage bag or container until all of the cookies are completely thawed.

At this time we do not offer any cookies that meet special dietary needs. Current cookie ingredients flour, sugar, eggs, butter, powdered sugar, meringue powder, flavored essence. Cookies are NOT made in a peanut free kitchen. 

All cookies are heat-sealed as a standard, at no additional cost, to preserve freshness and protect the decorations from damage. Standard size cookies are individually sealed, unless otherwise requested by the client. Cookie Themes sold by the DOZEN are packaged in boxes. Mini cookies are packaged in groups of 4 or more per bag, unless otherwise requested by the client. Please let us know your preference.

 Cake pops can be stored at room temperature for 1 week, refrigerated for 2 weeks and frozen for 3 months. Avoid any direct sunlight or areas of high humidity.
